Devotional
Advent begins 4 Sundays before Christmas Day (This year, 2024, Advent starts on December 1) and is a season of expectation and preparation as we prepare to celebrate the coming advent of Jesus Christ in his incarnation, and look ahead to his final advent as judge at the end of time.
These 5 short devotions (including one on Christmas Day) can be used as an individual or with your family to help you reflect over the kindness of God and why Jesus came and will come again.
*Online Advent devotions will appear each Sunday morning of December.
If you’d like to keep exploring Advent, along with the themes of hope, joy, peace and love The Bible Project have some great resources.
